Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and order fulfillment
- Handle picking, packing, and dispatch coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities
- Organize delivery schedules and assign driver routes
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
- Process delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documents
- Perform stock counts and inventory tracking
- Support warehouse workflow optimization and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years warehouse and logistics experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience using WMS systems and handheld scanners
- Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage drivers and delivery operations
- Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
