Euromecato is hiring an Online Customer Support Specialist to manage customer inquiries across digital platforms while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and smooth online operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
  • Handle complaints, returns, and refund requests professionally
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams
  • Monitor orders, deliveries, and customer feedback
  • Maintain customer interaction records and reports
  • Support online sales and marketplace platforms
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and relationship building

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or online support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online systems
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus
