Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational and logistics activities
- Coordinate vessel transfers and scheduling operations
- Maintain operational logs, trackers, and databases
- Handle client inquiries and operational communications
- Prepare operational and performance reports
- Monitor vessel ETA updates and transfer requests
- Support emergency response coordination when required
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations
- Assist with process improvement and service quality initiatives
- Collaborate with management, subcontractors, and operational teams
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or operations coordination preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and within teams
