Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations across departments
- Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Security teams
- Maintain guest satisfaction and resolve escalations professionally
- Coordinate with department heads to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel SOP standards
- Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and training activities
- Support operational planning and revenue growth initiatives
- Prepare operational reports and management updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years hotel operations experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems and hospitality procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple departments effectively
