The selected candidate will manage property listings, support buyers and investors, conduct consultations and property viewings, and help grow the company’s presence in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage residential and commercial property listings
- Conduct client consultations and property viewings
- Negotiate deals and close property transactions
- Advise clients on pricing and market opportunities
- Build relationships with buyers, landlords, sellers, and investors
- Develop referral networks and client pipelines
- Source new listings and exclusive property mandates
- Maintain CRM records and transaction documentation
- Ensure compliance with DMT and ADREC regulations
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Experience in property sales or real estate consulting preferred
- Ability to manage client relationships professionally
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi property market preferred
- Negotiation and business development abilities
- Professional and client-focused attitude
Compensation Options
- Option 1: Salary + 30% fixed commission structure
- Option 2: Commission-only structure with 50%–60% earning potential
- Flexible earning model based on candidate preference
