AD&M International is urgently hiring an Admin Cum Secretary with an accounts background to support administrative operations and financial tasks in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative and secretarial tasks
  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and documentation
  • Support daily operations and reporting
  • Assist in accounting tasks such as invoicing and reconciliation
  • Maintain financial and administrative records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Required)
  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience
  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience
  • Admin/Secretary experience preferred
  • Fluent in English (Hindi preferred)
