Tasha Restaurant is hiring an experienced Storekeeper to manage inventory, maintain stock accuracy,
and ensure proper storage of materials in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements
- Ensure proper storage for perishable and non-perishable items
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests
- Organize and maintain storeroom efficiently
- Conduct stock audits and resolve discrepancies
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Implement FIFO and FEFO practices
- Prepare inventory reports for management
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in F&B or hospitality
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
