This opportunity is ideal for candidates with construction or industrial storekeeping experience who can maintain accurate inventory records and support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Prepare GRNs and update inventory records accurately
- Store materials following FIFO and FEFO procedures
- Issue materials against approved MRNs and track stock movement
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess materials
- Manage tools, equipment, and asset tracking records
- Coordinate with site storekeepers for operational consistency
- Maintain documentation including issue logs and stock reports
- Support audits, stock verification, and inventory improvements
- Ensure safety and compliance with QHSE, IMS, and ISO standards
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Storekeeping, Materials, or Asset Management
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction or industrial store operations
- Knowledge of construction materials and consumables
- Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong coordination and documentation skills
- Understanding of IMS and audit procedures is an advantage
