This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, ERP systems, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue materials to production departments
- Maintain inventory records and stock levels
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconciliations
- Prepare purchase requisitions and delivery notes
- Handle ERP entries and Goods Receipt Notes
- Arrange and maintain store organization
- Pack items for dispatch and shipment coordination
- Prepare invoices and support courier handovers
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years storekeeping experience required
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
- SAP B1 experience is an advantage
- Computer literacy and data entry skills required
- Knowledge of inventory management and bookkeeping
- High school or vocational qualification preferred
- UAE driving license is an advantage
