Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination
- Maintain company records and documentation
- Handle scheduling, meetings, and correspondence
- Support HR and finance administrative activities
- Assist sales and leasing teams with CRM updates
- Track operational KPIs and prepare reports
- Coordinate client requests and internal approvals
- Communicate with vendors and clients professionally
- Support workflow improvements and customer service operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years administration or operations experience
- Experience in real estate, PropTech, or startup environments preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Arabic language skills required
