PILLARS Design Middle East is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in luxury hospitality and residential design & fitout projects. This role focuses on high-value deal generation, client relationship management, and expanding market presence across UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close high-value luxury hospitality and residential deals
- Build and maintain a strong project pipeline
- Lead proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
- Provide market insights and sales performance reports
- Develop and mentor business development team members
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in business development (luxury design/fitout/interiors)
- Strong network in UAE or KSA luxury market
- Knowledge of high-end residential and hospitality sectors
- Consultative and solution-based sales approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership ability
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
