Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing and payment follow-ups for long-term rental customers
- Track customer dues, Salik, fuel charges, and operational fees
- Coordinate vehicle handovers and replacements
- Work closely with Finance and Operations teams
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and account support
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation
- Prepare reports and reconcile operational data
- Support customer experience and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Experience in billing, collections, or customer support preferred
- Strong English communication skills
