Milestones FZ LLC is hiring an experienced HR Officer to manage daily HR operations,
employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. This role plays a key part in supporting
the full employee lifecycle and ensuring efficient HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and return-to-work interviews
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administer performance appraisals and talent development
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support payroll inputs and HR operations
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Assist in policy development and HR documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years experience in HR role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
