Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties and incoming communications
- Draft emails, letters, and corporate correspondence
- Handle DMCC portal activities including visa processing and renewals
- Coordinate SIRA inspections and documentation requirements
- Arrange travel bookings, visas, and transportation schedules
- Maintain office supplies and office administration tasks
- Organize driver schedules for deliveries and collections
- Support filing, documentation, and record-keeping activities
- Coordinate with government portals and external service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–5 years UAE secretarial or administration experience
- Experience handling DMCC and government portals preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional attitude and confidentiality management skills
