Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
- Handle complaints, returns, and refund requests professionally
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Monitor orders, deliveries, and customer feedback
- Maintain customer interaction records and reports
- Support online sales and marketplace platforms
- Ensure customer satisfaction and relationship building
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or online support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online systems
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus
