Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas and kitchen dishes according to restaurant standards
- Manage kitchen operations and food preparation tasks
- Follow hygiene, safety, and SOP procedures
- Handle high-temperature ovens and kitchen equipment
- Support restaurant kitchen workflow and teamwork
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Assist senior chefs and kitchen supervisors
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant or kitchen operations preferred
- Neapolitan pizza experience required for Pizza Maker role
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure in busy kitchen environments
